Types of Psychology
Humanistic Psychology – focuses on each individual’s potential and stresses the importance of growth and self-actualisation.
Energy Psychology – addresses the relationship of energy systems to emotion, cognition, behaviour and health. These systems include the electrical activity of the nervous system and heart, meridians, chakras and bio-fields, etc.
