Working holistically with body, mind and spirit towards integration and awakening I use a wide range of approaches, ensuring that therapy can be tailored to suit your needs as an individual.
Types of Psychology
Humanistic Psychology – focuses on each individual’s potential and stresses the importance of growth and self-actualisation.
Energy Psychology – addresses the relationship of energy systems to emotion, cognition, behaviour and health. These systems include the electrical activity of the nervous system and heart, meridians, chakras and bio-fields, etc.
Jungian Psychology – work with archetypes and myths, dreams and dream interpretation, persona, shadow, defences and complexes.
Psychotherapy works within your whole mind and body, connecting and integrating your thinking and feeling. The connection between your breath and your mind and body is accessed to help you achieve authentic well-being rather than just alleviate symptoms. Using a body-centred approach that strengthens your nervous system supports your innate healing capacity and allows for greater shifts towards your inner balance and emotional well-being.
Body-Centred Psychotherapy – In a therapeutic context, the body’s structures and habitual patterns become a powerful doorway to access unconscious material, including the unresolved experiences and beliefs, which shape our lives, relationships, and self-images.
